The Animal and Veterinary Sciences Department at Clemson University, South Carolina, is among the best programs in the Nation, and offers a highly productive, research-friendly, and innovation-oriented environment for graduate students and young researchers. Through our creative inquiry and hands on education philosophy, Clemson is making waves and setting new standards of education throughout the country.

The Ruminant Nutrition Program is offering several graduate assistantships for students seeking a M.S. or Ph.D. degree. Students with laboratory and animal handling/sampling experience are preferred. We are seeking for highly motivated students, especially those who are interested in becoming involved in research projects related to improving nutrient utilization, milk component manipulation through nutrition, and feed efficiency in dairy cattle. Selected students will start this program in summer and/or fall 2014.
